Mike’s extensive experience encompasses guiding companies from their inception to establishing cross-border strategic partnerships and navigating post-M&A integration. His vast network of Angel Investors, Institutional Banks, Private Equity Firms, and VCs enables him to connect investors with prime opportunities across a diverse array of industries.
He has built strong relationships with Native American Tribes and clients in tech, warehousing, logistics, finance, health insurance, and the energy sector. His knack for creating tailored business plans, financial models, and executive summaries ensures each client’s unique needs are met.
In the software development an financial industry, Mike’s leadership is unparalleled. He has served as CEO of Zodiac Entertainment, TRED, and WN Strategies. As VP of Studio at Punch Entertainment, he spearheaded product development, executive client management, and international studio expansion. His previous roles include Executive Producer and Director of Product Development at Lavastorm Engineering, where he produced award-winning titles like Big League Home Run Challenge, NBA All-Star 3pt Shootout, and Incredibles.
Mike’s tenure at GLU as a Producer saw him managing licensed entertainment properties for FOX Sports’ award-winning mobile games, developing IP for titles such as Shark Hunt and fox sports racing. At Electronic Arts, he excelled as an Associate Producer, managing key franchises like NASCAR including receiving an Award of Excellence “Game of the Year” for Andretti Racing and earning the Teamwork and Now Action Awards for his outstanding performance. In his contributions at SEGA of America he played a pivotal role with the Sonic & Knuckles franchise in both production and marketing in addition to other high-profile titles.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Option from California State University, Fresno, CA.
