Scott Singer, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at SETC Pros, brings a wealth of experience in marketing, video production, and social media engagement to the team. Originally from Queens, New York, Scott now thrives in the sunny climate of Phoenix, Arizona.
After graduating from the prestigious Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University in 2010, Scott honed his video editing skills at 3TV Phoenix KTVK from 2011 to 2015. He then took a detour from the news world to explore his passion for entertainment. For two seasons, Scott was part of the experiential marketing team for the Arizona Diamondbacks, keeping the crowd energized on game days.
Scott then expanded his talents beyond Arizona, moving to Southern California in 2017. He garnered extensive experience in event production, having worked as a utility, camera operator, and audio technician for a variety of major events. His resume includes iconic productions like The Golden Globes, American Music Awards, Monday Night Football, The Fiesta Bowl, and The Home Run Derby.
Leveraging his video production and editing expertise, Scott also spent the period from 2017 to 2022 working with social media influencers in Los Angeles and Orange County. Most notably, he played a pivotal role in the meteoric rise of Jason Capital. Through his video production, editing, and social media management, Scott helped Jason grow from a budding influencer on with a modest Youtube following to an international leader in the business coaching industry. Within that timeframe, Jason’s audience exploded to over 2.5 million followers each on Instagram and TikTok, with over 300,000 subscribers on Youtube.
In recognition of his marketing prowess, Scott served as the Digital Marketing Manager for Magellan Financial, one of the nation’s largest Independent Marketing Organizations, in 2023. He spearheaded digital marketing campaigns for independent financial advisors across the country.
In January of 2024, Scott was named CMO at SETC Pros due to his proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Scott remains deeply connected to the gig worker and self-employed community. He has a loyal social media following of over 45,000, reflecting his own experiences in the gig economy. Scott also enjoys stand-up comedy, fantasy sports, and had the pleasure of small acting roles in popular comedies like Brooklyn Nine-Nine, How I Met Your Father, Hacks, and Space Force.
